How does Bike Vault work?
Bike Vault is a secure, weather-resistant storage unit designed to fit neatly in a standard car park lot — just roll in your bike and lock up.
 

How do I secure my bike?
Each unit comes with a single steel door and dual padlock points. You can use your own padlocks, and future models will offer digital locking options.
 

How much does it cost?
Our Pilot Programme is priced at $200/month. Some areas you can purchase for only $3k.
 

What about delivery and installation?
Installation is free. Delivery fees vary depending on your location.
 

Can I park it at my HDB?
This depends on your town council. If you're keen, let us know which one you're under — we’ll lobby on your behalf.

Do I pay for my own parking lot?
Yes, for HDB users you pay the monthly parking fees. For condo owners, this maybe  included in your MCST fees.
 

Can I park it in my condo?
Yes, but approval from your condo’s MCST is needed. Rules differ across developments.
 

How do I get Bike Vault approved in my condo?
You reach out to management — we’ll support you with a full presentation and technical specs to help secure approval.
 

How long does it take to get one?
Once your parking space is approved, your vault can be built and delivered within 40 days.
 

Can I use my own lock?
Absolutely. Most customers prefer it. Each unit supports two padlocks for extra peace of mind.
