Refunds & Cancellations
We build each Bike Vault to order, just for you. Because of that, we don’t offer refunds once your order is confirmed and paid. We appreciate your understanding—every vault takes time, care, and cost to prepare.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, please let us know within 48 hours of payment. As long as we haven’t started building your unit, we’ll cancel and refund your order in full. After that, cancellations aren’t possible.
What if something goes wrong?
If your Bike Vault arrives damaged or we’re unable to deliver and install it due to an issue on our side, we’ll make it right. That may include a replacement or, in rare cases, a refund. We’ll always work with you to find the best solution.
What about the rental deposit?
If you’re renting a Bike Vault, your $250 deposit is fully refundable at the end of your rental—just make sure the vault is returned in good condition. Damage, missing parts, or heavy wear may result in partial or no refund.
Delivery fees
Please note: delivery and transport fees are non-refundable once your unit is on its way.
